Circuit relay (WS or WSS) — needed for invite links

Default relay is in src/config.mjs: plain WS when this page is HTTP, WSS when HTTPS (override with ?relay= or a saved address). Local relay: RELAY_PLAINTEXT=1 in Docker for WS. Bootstrap peers do not reserve relay slots — see libp2p WebRTC guide.
